Beautiful rosettes and good value for money but.. unfortunately delivery has been shocking. They deliver the day before the event and make just before delivery this does not allow time for any errors to be sorted or postal issues unfortunately I had put the wrong date on my order by 2 days as a new customer I was unaware that they had such tight time scales for making and dispatch. All other companies I have used for different dog shows and events over 15yrs always delivered the week before. I managed to get hold of them and had people in place that could have collected 2 days before the event but as they had not even been made we had to run a championship show with no rosettes which as you could imagine caused a lot of issues and was extremely embarrassing.Though they would have arrived the day before the event with my typo date there was no offer of an apology this is not the right term but no concern or way of sorting the situation for the future shows so we have returned to our old supplier for one clubs shows and I will not be using them for other events I have planned. I also know they have just let down another club just before their main event giving them less than 13 days to find someone to take on the large order.If they can sort the reliability out and care a little bit more about the customers I would recommend them.They are polite and friendly enough, the ribbon I’d good quality and they are well made. It is a bit of a gamble. There are so many new companies popping up since covid there is more choice and other companies selling quality rosettes.Didn’t want to leave a bad review but i feel this is a fair one.

Couldn't have been more helpful! Purchased something at Olympia Horse show but it was too small. A quick phone call confirmed they were happy to exchange. I returned the item between Christmas & New Year and received the replacement in the first week of the New Year. Great Service. Thank you!
