My dog loves going to both day care and boarding, where he always has a great time with his friends. He absolutely loves Randle who is very kind, loving and patient with all the dogs he cares for. If anyone is ever looking for someone to look after their dog I always recommend My Waggy Tails.

Our Labrador had been with Waggytails for about 9 months now and can honestly say he absolutely loves going and the care is excellent.I was really worried about finding someone who showed him as much love as we do but I really have found that.He stayed there for 9 nights whilst we were on holidays and was very well cared for which helped us relax and enjoy our holiday.The day he has interacting with other dogs and keeping active is just what he loves doing, it also helped him with his social skills with other dogs.The service provided is excellent so much that our 2nd Labrador will be joining very soon.I would highly recommend Waggytails !

Randle does a fantastic job of looking after our cockapoo Lola who attends daycare, so much that she doesn’t want to leave! Randle treats all dogs like they are his own & takes them on fantastic daily adventures. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Randle at MyWaggyTails South Wales was recommended to us by a colleague and I would be more than happy to pass on that recommendation. Our nutty cocker spaniel Fin stayed with Randle for 3 nights but as this was his first stay, we held a meet and greet with him and Ebony (his own dog) and an overnight trial before committing to the full stay. You couldn’t ask for anything more thorough! Randle kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos of our loony dog the whole time he was away and we know Fin had an amazing time with the other dogs as he slept for pretty much the whole day when we picked him up. Thank you Randle for being so kind and most of all patient!! With our bonkers little Fin. Watch this space as we’re likely to need you for doggy day care in the coming weeks!

Would like to say a huge thank you to Waggytails for the excellent way they treat and love our dogs. Both of our Labradors go to day care and boarding. Randle of My Waggy Tails South Wales offers our lab retriever the perfect home from home. I was worried we might not be able to get away this summer for our planned holiday (Goldie is adopted and can be reactive with other dogs) but Randle structured careful introductions to himself, his own dog and his home. He learned Goldie’s communication and behaviour and reassured me that his approach was considered, individual and truly dog friendly. He sends regular updates and also happens to be an amazing dog portrait photographer - our best pictures of Goldie are courtesy of Randle. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
