Referred from Currys East Kilbride to Currys Braehead for the white goods model I wanted. Store was very busy and the wait to get seen was very long. Not all assistants were able to help as it was not their area of expertise!Eventually was helped by a lovely assistant Shannon who with help from her boss managed to find the machine I wanted. Perhaps as the store gets busy at certain times of the year extra staff could be drafted in to help with customers needs. We will return to Currys Braehead for future shopping as it is a large store and has a variety of goods on display and excellent parking.

A quick visit as I knew what I was in for but I am giving a 5 star review for the customer service. The member of staff who assisted us was so pleasant he was polite and engaging and I cannot praise him enough unfortunately I didn't get his name .

The Carphone Warehouse section of this store feels like an afterthought. Stood for ages hoping a member of staff might show up. Went to (overstaffed) click and collect counter to ask about service and was told the person covering phones hadn't turned up and the other one wasn't due in for an hour.Went away and came back about an hour later to find a long queue. Stood for ages again but eventually gave up.

Came to curry's for new TV.Great selection of tvs and got what I needed. Delivery was fast & shop staff new there stuff.

Was buying a phone and tablet for a relative. Staff were superb, despite the transaction having to be split in two. ( reason - two companies in one building, I think) . Advice was spot on and money was saved. Would have no hesitation in going in again to buy anything. Shop was very warm , so leave your jacket in the car ☺️

There were about 8 people waiting to get assistance, 10:40 in the morning. We were asked to sit and wait and more people would be found. They were not. In fact 3 employees were standing chatting in another area. When we asked were there more people to help, there are just 2, we were told quite ‘sulkily’ this was not true with a vague wave over to the left of the store. You can wave all you like luv but the fact is your service is not good. Will not be returning.

We went in to buy a vacuum cleaner. Member of staff very helpful and knowledgeable. When husband found the same item cheaper on Argos they had no hesitation in matching the price.

Very easy to find and great parking, had a very nice experience in store, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and I ended up getting a small discount but a discount is a discount in my book. I ended up buying a new Toshiba fire tv with all the bells and whistles, I’m delighted with my new 65in tv and would recommend this store for electronics

Went in to purchase a laptop quickly, but was unable to do so.Stood awaiting for 20 minutes whilst no staff approached me. Thought I'd just have to wait for the 2 staff at a till nearby finish.After they finished I waited a further 10-15 minutes. No one approached. Saw a member of staff wandering and then they welcomed someone who just walked in 5 minutes ago.Left without buying anything.
