Lowes 24hr Breakdown & Recovery

Well, where do I start... AA totally messed us about, we waited hours at the first part of our journey to be taken to scotch corner, promised by AA that another truck would be waiting to take us and our caravan home.Turns out AA never sent the job to pick us up to lowes until 3hr after we were dropped off.We had two small children with us and felt that AA didn't really care.I spoke to Abby at lowes and she was really fantastic kept us up to date, got us the next available pick up there was, she really went out of her way to help us.Then Byan picked us up to take us home, Bryan was also fantastic, very chatty, and made our journey a comfortable one rather than awkward with no conversation, he was brill. He even went to great lengths at 10pm to help us push our caravan in the spot we needed it to be in and push the car into place too... can't thank them enough..AA now have now been cancelled and I've changed who my breakdown cover is.Again MASSSSSIIVVEEEE thanks to Abby and Bryan for your input and efforts to get us home as soon as possible.What was a long horrible day (9am until 10pm drop off) was made a little better because of you two going that extra mile to help us more than the company we paid a service to.

Excellent recovery when my car was in an accident. The gentleman collecting the car ensured it was removed quickly. Lowes organised its safe and speedy delivery to the repair centre when my insurance was unhelpful. Amazing

Following 21 stressful hours of incompetence and misinformation from the RAC, the job of recovering my broken down car was given to Lowes. I can't thank them enough for their helpfulness and professionalism. Despite being told by the RAC that my car would be relayed home, (ie driven so far, then handed over to another recovery company several times), the lovely young man (I'm so sorry I didn't ask his name), who collected my car bought it directly to my house on his truck. 210 miles approx! I am so grateful, that was so kind and I hope he got back OK. Thank you again, fantastic service!

Stranded with 2 kids after a day at the seaside, arrived within 45 minutes, friendly and explained everything. Managed to complete a temp fix for the issue as sent us on our way - following us for a short while to ensure nothing else went wrong. Couldn't be happier in a stressful situation!

Firstly I would give 6 stars if this was available. We broke down in our VW Campervan ( cliche I know!) . AA guy couldn't fix it but he was great. I thought his service was fantastic. We had to wait for a recovery vehicle the communication from Lowes was great keeping us informed as to when their vehicle would be arriving.The main reason for the review is Matt H . I can't emphasise how exceptional his service was.. his attitude , helpfullness , willingness, nothing was a trouble. It really wasn't so much what he did but his personality and the way he did it. When I said it'd be great to change where I wanted to recover the vehicle last minute , he said no bother

Extremely quick and efficient pickup from these guys despite being in a field with hundreds of other vehicles. Friendly and chatty driver made the long trip home with a broken van almost like a road trip. Thanks for getting me home.

My car was recovered from Thirsk to home by Lowes Recovery, and I can't praise the guy that recovered us (a family of 5, with lots of luggage and a pram) highly enough. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. This driver is a total credit to the company, giving a 5 star service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
