Absolutely stand up people! In a time when it is difficult to find people who you can trust and warrantys are generally not worththe paper they are printed on. These people are a notable exception, very good at what they do and fairly priced.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a specialist Range Rover garage in South Wales. Excellent team with super communication and regular updates during the recent work undertaken on my 4.4 TDV8 Range Rover. If you want a proper professional specialist team then look no further than these guys!

Have taken my landrover there for years. They even rebuilt it on a new galvanised chassis,unleaded head and recon gearbox. Since had a Roamerdrive fitted by them. Always great service from Ian who knows everything landrover. Wouldn't use anyone else. Went there today and it was like a landrover show. Never seen so many. The only problem is it's a bit remote, but they will pickup and deliver if you ask nicely. If you deliver yourself like I did today, you may get a lift back as I did.

Outstanding Customer Care!Part way during an 800Km trip that had a tight deadline my LR went into limp home" mode on the busy M4 in early morning traffic. I pulled over and did a google search for LR specialists in the area closest to me. Good fortune shone on me that Friday morning as I was 15 miles from Promec 4X4. I made it to their premises and without hesitation they agreed to look at my vehicle ahead of there very busy work schedule. Fully understanding that I was committed to making a ferry crossing later in the day they proceeded to prioritise ordering parts and carrying out necessary repairs to my vehicle. I could not speak highly enough of this family run business. Attention to detail

Collect items from here. Staff are all friendly road down to them are tight. anything bigger than an 18 tonner will get stuck ideally no more than a 7.5 ton truck

My 2007 Range Rover is not known as the most reliable vehicle on the road so an experienced and knowledgeable specialist workshop is really a necessity for owners. I’ve used Promec twice now and both times they have shown interest in ensuring I get information on the condition of my vehicle above and beyond the obvious. Having been used to maintaining my own vehicles until age and arthritis caught up with me, I’m happy to trust them with care of the most comfortable car I’ve ever owned and recommend them for anything Land Rover. Don’t be in too much of a hurry as they are always busy. But that’s a good sign as well.

Fixed my problem on L494 range rover in 2 days. Happy with the service. Will be back if any more issues.

These people are the absolute best when it comes to Land Rovers, their yard is packed with nothing but Land Rovers....and there is a very good reason why! Outstanding service all round.
