I made the journey from Newcastle to LSG (over 140miles) for a haldex service and a resonator delete, based on the advice and support Shak was giving online on a enthusiasts group I’m part of. The service received on the day was exceptional and Shak really does go above and beyond for his customers and car enthusiasts who need adviceThank you Shak and team!

Ordered to me an expensive part for dsg gearbox. Received notification of order and when It was ready to be shipped. That never happened I waited too long and thought I would email them. A week passed and nothing. So I called them today and was told there was a mix up and apologised. The postage cost was in my eyes extremely high. But I expected a quick service. When asked about a refund I was told “no” nothing can be done.Fair to say I won’t be ordering againOrder was 6/6/23Today 22/6/23And still not received.Lesson they can learn from this… if there’s going to be a delay informing you’re customers is vital.And check your emails….

I have been using LSG for my R for the last 3 years. Even if it is about an 8 hour round trip for me. It's the level of service and the attention to my requirements as to why I keep on coming back. They do what they say and at a reasonable price as well. Total peace of mind when I book in advance and they always have the parts needed for the work when I drive up. I wouldn't take my R to anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Forever at the end of the phone to give advice, understands every part they stock inside out. If you can’t get through because phone lines are too busy… they respond to emails typically within the day. Every time I’ve ordered from Shak and the team, been with me quicker than they guarantee. Would highly recommend for their knowledge, let alone the great prices.

Having dealt with Shak on both a business and personal level his work ethic is second to none, nothing is ever to much hassle at any time of the day.I recently ordered parts that I needed extremely quick as I was due to take my car to an indoor show and they were there the next day.Shak strives to keep customers happy and will always go above and beyond to do so, wouldn't buy my car parts from anywhere else, keep up the excellent work :)

Bought a JB4 tuning box and a pedal box from Shak at LSG. Very friendly and helpful service, and Shak went out of his way to ensure you're informed and supported with your purchase. I only wish I lived closer so I could get my car serviced there too

Needed some brakes for my car, contacted Shak at LSG to ask his opinion on a few different setups. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I ordered the pads and disks and they arrived within a couple of days. Faultless service.

Shak at LSG Performance centre was recommended to me by a work colleague, after I had searched the whole of the UK for VRSF stage 2 parts (manufactured in the US) for my car.Shak was able to get the exact parts I wanted, at a price far cheaper than I could have got from the US.Him and the guys at LSG also fitted the parts for me.I’m not local to Bolton so I ended up travelling over 200 miles to have the work done, but have absolutely no regrets.Shack is awesome and has a truly professional setup/service and nice friendly mechanics.The turnaround in me giving Shak the go ahead to order parts and the parts being fitted was just a few days, which I was amazed by.I will definitely keep Shak as a contact for any future performance mods on my car and would recommend him without hesitation.Dave.

Had both the RTS twin friction clutch and a low drone res delete fitted to the Golf R from Shak, great service and have been looked after afterwards with any questions or recommendations, top guy and really knows his stuff… couldn’t recommend enough!

The guys here at LSG are one of the if not greatest garages that specialize in VW/AUDI. They are so helpful and will always go out of their way to satisfy the customer! Highly recommend. I know people who travel far and wide for their facilities.+++
