The team at iCare Dental have been brilliant from start to finish. I’ve not been to a dentist in over 10years due to bad experiences in the past and because of recent extreme sensitivity I decided to look at places nearby. I chose iCare as I read most of the reviews before deciding to visit and I can confirm it’s just like others have said; great and attentive service all around!Dr Ashwak was brilliant and gentle when dealing with my teeth that needed a large filling as was her wonderful assistant Greta, they put me at ease and made sure I was ok throughout. I was also assisted by the lovely Nazmine at the reception desk and she made the whole process very quick and easy. It certainly puts me at ease knowing that I will be looked after by this wonderful team again in a few months time!I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a new dental practice!!

I booked a same day emergency appointment online for pain and swelling. Saw Dr Deborah Reynolds who was warm, friendly and very helpful. I have been given a prescription and advice, and they emailed my x ray to me. All staff were friendly and professional, and it was not expensive at all!

I absolutely love iCare Dental. It's extremely clean and always smells nice. Everyone there is so lovely and SO helpful. Dr Ashwak is fantasic. She explained everything to me before the proceedure and kept me up to date as the procceedure went on, which made me much less anxious. She was also very gental and listened when I said something was uncomfortable. It also seems like it's mostly women that work there, which makes me very happy (not that I have a problem with men- just YAY WOMEN!). I highly recommend them.

I haven't been to this dentist in 4years because I haven't any dental issues. However, chipped my front tooth and needed it to be sorted and quickly. So I made an appointment, of course I was told off my not coming there for 4years, but you know what, the dentist sorted out my chipped tooth and I was over the moon. Yes he then told that they didn't have any vacancies at the moment but they will put me on their waiting list and he also told me to still go for a check up every six months irrespective that I have no dental issues. Thus is how a professional is to behave, thorough and efficient. He made my day sorting out my tooth and for that I'm ever so grateful. I'm definitely awaiting for the call to be added back to their list of patients and I will definitely do my bi annual check ups. Thank you Canning Town Dental Practice for being the professionals that you are, unlike My Dentist on Barking Road, Plaistow. They're very rude and unprofessional, from receptionists through to dentists and they have a very high staff turnover, so need I say no more with regards to them.
