Twice now our chips were cold. Last time we told them about it. and they apologized only to send a cold one again. We ordered cheese n chips and no one can say it cooled off on the journey home as the cheese was still grated on top of the chips and had not even melted so it was how it left the shop. We are regular customers but now looking to find another fish shop that delivers. Not happy.

Absolutely disgusted with their service, ordered food from them totalling to the amount of £35. When it arrived it seemed our garlic bread wasn't here, we rang them and they said we would be round within half an hour to bring our garlic bread (as we had paid for it) an hour went by and I rang back and they said 'it's too late to bring it now, we can't bring it so I told them I want my £3 back. I rang up again the day after asking to bring either my garlic bread of £3 back

I'm 6 months pregnant and my partner went into jolly fryer to get us lunch,he dropped my pie on the floor and just dusted it off,and also said the kebab was fresh however then told him he cooked it yesterday and just reheated it. the old fat Indian man (the dad) is rude, disrespectful and a nasty nan shouting at my boyfriend. however the son is very nice and never have a problem with him.

I had some chips and i am DISGUSTED!!!!!!! I feel like i have been poisoned. Also the burger didn’t look like burger meat. I am very disappointed!
