Terrible agency, first off there staff are rude and inconsiderate, the company I work for pay the almost £30 a hour and I only see £9 pH of that, also the company I work for payed the double time for a couple of my shifts pre arrangements made with the manager at WB and at my place of work, they have refused me the extra money but still toke the payment from the company I'm employed by.They have week after week tryed to scam me out of money that I have worked for.Do not use this agency they are a terrible agency to work for.James is one of the worst of the worst within the company and should be fired for the way he talks and treat workers within WB

Great for your interview, downhill from there. Other colleagues who were employed with them constantly had issues with holiday dates and record keeping. They will challenge you for your earned pay when you leave. They didn't pay me for my holiday accrued, even after I raised this issue. I had to get my boss from my current job to get my pay.EDIT - Amended review as I made a mistake with my missing pay for one shift. I didn't receive a payslip so I wrongly assumed I didn't get paid for that shift.

Excellent staff, always willing to help and support. Pay always on time weekly Fridays, work placements so far so good.Overall a very good employment agency.I highly recommend them if looking for temp or permanent work. Most temp positions lead to permanent full-time if you work hard enough.

Personally I can highly recommend WB Employment Ltd. Very helpful people who try to resolve any problem, answer for every question. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Agnes. When I lost my job she tried to find immediately sth else for me and always achieved it. I could feel that somebody is looking after my employment, I wasn't alone when I had a problem with anything. If you want to be treated with respect make a choice and apply for a job with WB Employment.

I work by WB Bristol for 3 years. They are flexible, friendly and support their workers. Mistakes happen anywhere which is normal. We are human being.I have a good job by WB. If I have any problem Caitlin help me to solve it. Thank you Cait.

Had a lot of support from the Bristol office, Caitlin made sure I was able to get on site and had everything I needed before starting.She even messaged me the day after to see how I got on. Very supportive and would highly recommend WB Employment Bristol for a range of different jobs within the Bristol and the surrounding areas

So for a while they were very hospitable and paid me on time.However I stopped work for a time(making it clear as to the fact that I won’t be working) and they were very angry at me. When I applied for a job again James(an employee)said “we are not going to offer you work”. Overall made my outlook of them very sour.

I found out about Wb employment through someone who was already working for them, and they immediately hired me when I was interested. The whole application form was done really quickly. They are all very professional and responsive when you need to talk to them. I would definitely recommend them as an agency to work with.

Worked for one day last week didn't get paid on time rude and inpolite worked 7am -430pm with out a break 9.5hrs first day told them and still only paid for 9hrs and have to wait till between 4pm&5pm to get paid as they left me off payroll let's see if they keep to there word

Really good agency to work for, competent and understanding staff who are great for communicating and dealing with any issues. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for temporary work/extra hours to fit around another job role.Caitlyn is a brilliant liaison who dealt with any holiday bookings or shift changes and cancellations or other issues promptly and professionally.I have worked for multiple agencies over almost 20 years and would honestly say WB employment are one of the best from my personal experience.
