I am absolutely appalled at how the older lady working the clothes at the back of the tills just spoke to the server with pink short hair. She asked her a simple question and the responses she received “do I look like I have a box?!” “I’ve worked here 2 years you’ve been here 2 weeks I think I know what I’m talking about”. It’s disgusting. Not only in-front of customers but to speak to her like that in general behind closed doors is awful, that lady needs speaking to asap and the lady with pink short hair needs praising for the way she dealt with it in-front of customers. To the lady with pink short hair, I apologise for how she spoke to you.. no one should ever have to tolerate that disrespect and embarrassment.

Massive charity shop/donation centre with loads of great items at reasonable prices. Always clean, tidy and well-organised, and staff are friendly.
