Both times, Ben employed a logical and systematic approach to finding the source of the leak before effecting the repair, saving time and money in the process. Ben recently replaced our boiler. What appeared to be a simple job turned into a nightmare through no fault of Ben's. He stayed until 9pm and returned the following day to ensure the underfloor heating and water worked. He stuck to his original, very reasonable, quote and was professional throughout.
