Ordered some paint online, on a Friday, paid extra for next day (Saturday) delivery. Cleared the room and prepped it for painting. Got an email Saturday morning to say DHL won't be delivering SAturday as promised, but will deliver Monday. There are no telephone numbers to ring at Dunelm, virtual assistance is useless, eventually got through to online chat, who offered to refund my delivery but told me there is no system which alerts them to late delivery. One star because the paint is good. I wouldn't use again though as customer service is terrible.

Disabled parking out front and not a huge store and found plenty of places to sit whilst waiting for the wife to make her choices.Very helpful assistant when we ordered new blinds to be made.

This place has very good furniture and carpets what are very comfy.We once bought a shelf but when we opend it it was broken so the next day we came back and gave us a refund and a FREE shelf what is very kind of them!There staff are lovely and caring to everyone. The place look fabulous in there its nice and spaced out and nice and sunny.

Huge store in Taunton, Somerset but still didn't have what we were looking for... and we went there because our local store in Yeovil didn't have it either! Usually a good store though.

New layout is very confusing and doesn't flow. Really hard to find certain areas like the children's section which was cornered off. Seems thoughtless and ill-prepared

When my partner moved a garden chair to be able to pick up a box of garden chairs that we were going to purchase we had a staff member run up to us and speak to us like we were children messing up the shop. Snapping at us to be careful and to put it back. Genuinely, the way I would expect someone to speak to their child having a tantrum.She was extremely rude.Needless to say, we put the box back and told her we would take our money elsewhere.We're 30 year old grown adults, buying garden furniture, we didn't need supervision and a telling off from a teenager doing her Sunday jobPoor effort from Dunelm on this one.
