Very pleased with Tom's work on our boiler after the original installer let us down badly. Definitely number one on my go-to list for any future work.

Great experience. We shopped around A LOT for our new boiler installation, getting around 5/6 quotes. Asset were prepared to match the best quotes we found, and their service was top notch too. Tom talked very openly and I never felt like I was being bullsh*tted or 'sold to'. Communication was also very good in the run up to installation day, and all went smoothly on the day. The world needs more tradespeople like these guys.

Excellent service from Tom. Serviced my boiler and megaflo. Also fixed leak in my bathroom radiator. Was a tricky fix. Tom only charged for 30 mins even though it took over an hour to fix. Great job. Highly recommended.

Tom was excellent in scoping the needs of this large house which had previously been served by a Worcester 30Kw which was clearly inadequate. He recommended a 39Kw ATAG boiler with flow rate of about 18l/minute - superb boiler!! It is quiet and easy to operate. I am surprised as to why not much is known about such a great Dutch device. I am sold and will now only install these especially as they come with a 14 year warranty.

Quoted me a price, suggested it would be better to start works when my tenant leaves. Once tenant left I contacted them and they didn’t honour their quote instead they raised the price by almost double. Now I need to spend time searching for new fitters which delays my process of finding new tenants asap and may potentially cost me more money as the property may be vacant for an extra month.

Quick response, come to help me fix the pipe just the day after I post the job at night. Tom is very friendly and he explained the cause of the problem and gave me advice to fix the toilet too. I would recommend him for pipework.

As old age pensioner we were very wary of choosing a boiler fitter . We used a forum called Boiler Guide who suggested 3 plumbers local to us. We chose Tom of Assett Plumbing & Heating because he understood our budget and our needs. He answered all our questions and worries patiently and clearly. Plus his quote was significantly cheaper than another one we’d had. The work was carried out speedily , on time and although there was an issue that had to be resolved with the boiler manufacturer, Tom stressed the urgency to them of getting it sorted quickly because of my disability. Everything was sorted the next morning and all is great .We have no hesitation in recommending Tom of Asset Plumbing & Heating to anyone who needs a new boiler fitted. . I have been using asset plumbing and heated limited to maintain and service my old boiler for the last 2 years as they simply have been brilliant from the initial contact. I have also recently used them to replace 2 boilers for me and my mother in law at 2 different properties, the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and service provided on both properties have been excellent. We were initially given details explanation on what boilers best suited for the type of property we have without any pressure from Tom.
