14/3/20 Didn't even have the courtesy to return a call. Went elsewhere. If I could have given no stars I would!! 16/4/20 Have had a call today to say that they came round but we didn't answer. My point still is that they did not return calls to make an appointment. Revised to two stars as at least my feedback has now been acknowledged.

Good old school working methods reliable and lasting Building Maintenance.I have had several roofing jobs carried out on my property in Westgate-on-Sea over the past Years. These included complete replacement of both the rear and front flat roof coverings, broken and misplaced roof tiles along with new flashing and UPVC Weather boarding.This work has always been carried out to a very high standard and by the due dates as promised.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Mr R Horsburgh.

Allied Maintenance repaired all our gutters today. Alan quoted us, ordered the parts and swiftly returned to complete the work. He told us exactly what he was doing and ended up doing slightly more but ensured the quote was adhered to. Alan was on time, worked all the way through and is a very nice man. We'll be using Allied Maintenance again for any future works. Recommended

We used Alan to repair several cast iron gutters and downpipes on our listed property. We were very impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness to make sure the job was completed to a very high standard. The quality of workmanship was second to none and we were very pleased with his work.He also went above and beyond what he needed to when he found a birds nest in the gutter mid-project.Would definitely recommend and happily use Alan again in the future. Very quick and friendly service. Was clear with quote and even unblocked my down pipe and extended the guttering trip tray with no extra charge. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate in using Allied Maintenance again if needed in future.

We've used Allied before and were pleased with the workmanship so asked Alan to clear our gutters which he did thoroughly and carefully. While up there he also replaced a roof tile and gave me some advice on the state of my roof. All done to a high standard. Highly recommended.
