Kristy transformed my teenagers hair to a sleek modern hairstyle. She is overjoyed with her new look. Such lovely care and service as I rung in the afternoon and she stayed on later to fit my teenager in today. Lovely staff and a really nice friendly atmosphere. Really recommend this salon.

I would like to thank Abi (Nail Technician) for her excellent service and work when I had a speedy manicure and polish. I was going to an event the following day and she applied a little nail art on a couple of nails and we selected colours to the theme of the event. Her service made you feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Once done due to parking restraints I had to pay and speedily leave the salon. When paying I quickly suggested an amount to add to card payment in terms of a tip for Abi, and only when back in the car I felt I hadn't given enough for the good service she had given. I am writing this the day after the event I attended and considering the varnish was not gel and I had a very busy day, the nail varnish is holding up well, so many thanks Abi.

Everyone is so friendly here and extremely professional in their given tasks. Paige knows exactly how to cut hair (both men and women) and she has continued to look after my mother’s hair even whilst in hospital and at her own home. This is definitely the best salon to attend in Herne Bay and I’m looking forward to finally booking my first massage here. Nick

Asked for a senior stylist, thinking vital experience and skills, to cut my hair into bob and I got this. No agle, no definition, messy, uneven and chopped. And all this for staggering £40. Hair wasn't even properly sectioned, no stacking at the back. As soon as I washed my hair it all changed its shape and my hair is just something else. Everything is different to how it was. What's worse it is impossible to hide mistakes with the cut (curling or flicking) as my hair doesn't hold any curl for more than 20 minutes, even with most expensive hair sprays etc and hottest setting on straighteners. I am left with awful hair. Forty pounds is far too much for haircut like this. I don't think I'll be back at any hairdresser ever again. I am baffled how senior stylist" can produce something like this. Dreadful experience"

Amazing service today. Very friendly feel and Christie did a great job with my 5 year old girls hair. She felt very at ease. Would highly recommend!

Had been unhappy with highlights from my usual salon that had left my roots orange. I saw Salon123 had good reviews so I popped in and asked for advice. I returned to have a toner applied by Sally and it’s made such a difference. The staff are very friendly and I will seriously consider coming here in future! Many thanks

I had my ears pierced. I didn't realise they could do it here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Knowing it would be clean due to it being a hair salon. Sally was friendly and welcoming and explained everything clearly, to clear my nerves!
