Dr H Thandi - Horton Bank Top Surgery

Hi,Today I called to surgery and my call divert to Ridge and they told me that I am not registered here and its was very strange...we(the whole family) have been registered here for more than 2 years and even 3 to 4 months before I had face-2-face appointment with Dr Ward...I went to reception and they told me the same thing that I am not registered here but my rest of family is registered and the reception lady gave me new form for the registration.....So I just wanna know what is happening and why is it happening??

After three days of trying to get a appointment to see a doctor after over 60 calls, managed to see a doctor, the doctor really good, was told prescription would be ready to collect after 12pm call the chemist, to see if it was ready as was told not drive, no answer, then I was cut off, walked to chemist, guess what no prescription, went into surgery, again prescription not been done, no Doctor was told she must of popped out, I have never had this before, is this duty of care is this what happens when merge with another practice not good

Dr Muhammad sultan absolutely disgusting, attitude from the start, wouldn't remove mask so I could lipread as I'm deaf, literally made me feel like a child that had done something wrong. The guy needs to treat his patients better I also saw him speak to his colleague with disrespect too absolutely vile

The doctor was ok ,but you can never ever get in touch with the surgery on the phone when you need to

I'm so cross my friend can never get through to make an appointment!! When you do get to see a doctor never the same one twice .they are just Not offering a service. My own doctors are amazing so can be done !!!!

Poor poor attitude from reception staff since the merge.I’d review gps but can’t ever get an appointment with one to do so. Shame because I would have recommended dr cairns and the doctors that I regularly saw up until the terrible decision to join that horrid establishment that seems only concerned with being on tv now. Had to give a star to be able to post

Previously I gave it 5 star. After joining Ridge medical practice it has gone down to one star. Ring in the morning and I'm caller number 32. Call in the afternoon where it should be quite and I'm 15, this is ridiculous.

Not what it was. Reception needs to be trained properly. Results come in and told there would be appointment to discuss but reception say no appointment until doc decides and then it took an effort to ask them to even check if results came in. Is everything simple just so difficult seriously? It should NEVER take hours and days to get through. Absolutely disgusting. Previous reception were so much more professional, thorough and could be bothered to make an effort.
