Exceptional service at Costa today and a delicious hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. Stopped off during a long journey with our 3 yr old and 10 month old on a very cold day. Emily (I think that was her name) was so accommodating. She made a hot chocolate for my son, ensuring it was cool enough for him to drink and put it in a takeaway cup so he could drink it himself without much supervision. It was the right decision on her part because he dropped it and a very large puddle of hot chocolate formed on the floor. Emily kindly cleaned it up with a smile and said she understood what it was like because she had 3 children. She even made him another hot chocolate. It was so lovely to meet someone so understanding and accommodating of young children. Made us tired parents feel welcome and well looked after. She is a credit to the store and I will be visiting again when passing.Also found store and toilets were clean, inc baby changing facilities.

Totally average really. Just a coffee shop in the middle of nowhere, you know exactly what you are going to get.The service is quicker than the McDonald's opposite and it is clean.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious cafe and have outdoor seats. I don't why no WiFi is provided there!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Polish woman was very rude on 16/08/2021 along with another woman and a man that was serving! Hot drinks were cold! Muffin was hard and dry. Large queues because they had shut the shop multiple days due to a broken coffee machine although we didn’t want coffee. No reason to close shop and not allow seating area. Making a disabled member of my family walk down the drivethru as there was no alternative way to get drinks. Was also here before 8pm when they say they should close anyway! Costa should be really proud! NOT

Quick stop travelling on the way to our holiday. Had a oat latte, always nice and s vegan toasties which was OK. But we were talking about a vegan cake (dairy free) and the a man behind the counter pointed out their biscoff cheesecake. Which was delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and has a nice outdoor seating area too.

By far the worst Costa I've visited , coffee was bitter , no atmosphere and probably the dirtiest bathroom ive seen in a while , needs much improvement

Stopped off here for a bite to eat on a road trip. Staff were polite and helpful. Speedy service too. I had the vegan sausage bap which was very delicious (I'm not vegan btw). I would definitely have that again.Would be 5 stars but minus 1 for filthy Cup. Shame.

It was really good, I went there before rugby to get a quick drink and it wasn't too expensive, the staff were really polite and service was quick. I rlly like how there's always a little thing that you can do to try and win a free drink!!

Coffee was good but the service, like most Costas was very very very very slow. Only one toilet so there was a constant que for that too. If you're planning a quick stop this is not the place.

Met up with an old friend for a coffee and was rewarded by a £60 parking charge for overstaying". I've used this Costa many times since it opened and was not made aware of the new limit on parking. My last ever visit to an Costa - I'm done with a company that treats its customers so badly."
