The customer service that I received from Carly was exceptional, she went above and beyond in order to find a job for me as soon as possible. She went out of her way to prepare me for an interview and has helped me land a great job. She would regularly check in with me and was patient and lovely the whole way through - I highly recommend!

The support and customer experience I have received from Carly has been excellent. She has checked in with me regularly and offered all of her support through the job hunting process. Carly went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for her to help me. She has advised and supported me with the process as a whole but also on a personal level offering me advice to improve my CV to increase my suitability to the roles I was looking for. Got referred from the job centre, was expecting standard agency attitude, but the service I recieved from Michaela was some of the best customer service I have ever recieved in any business. After some discussion she got me an interview for a suitable job with an insurance company, then for the next few weeks contacted me numerous times to help me prep, was polite, gave good constructive feedback and always responded to messages. The result being I was perfectly prepared and I breezed through the interview. A really good employee that has given Pertemps a great reputation for me, you should definitely give her a raise.

I have been with Pertemps for 4 months now and have never had any issues. Great communication skills from everyone within the company. Everyone who I have spoken to has always been polite and if I have needed the time off for personal reasons such as medical appointments there has been no repercussions. Would highly recommend this agency. 5*

Kerrie-Anne was incredibly helpful and supportive in my search for work. She coached me for my interview and went through everything so I was confident and prepared. She was easy to talk to and she came accross as if she really does enjoy helping people, I can’t fault her at all.
