Superdrug

Looking for a Superdrug in Belfast, we bumped into Stephen. He had a Superdrug T'shirt on and was on his dinner break, but that didn't stop him directing us to the store he works in.We found it easily Stephen had already told us we needed to use the lift as I am a wheelchair user.The store was beautifully laid out with easy access for me. We bumped into Stephen again and he was Super friendly & helpful & I found the products easily with his help.He guided me to the check outs & i completed my purchases with ease & happiness.Stephen even gave my husband a good recommendation for a great pint of Guiness.I think there should be more Stephens in the world! If he isn't Worldwide Superdrug Employee of the Month then I'll dye my hair pink!

I felt the 2 till girls (one was a manager) were eyeballing me as soon as I walked into the store. They started 'fixing products' on every aisle I went down, while the manager was asking me if I was looking for something in particular, I told her I was browsing. I looked round and the other employee was having good old look through my hession bag, which contained a parcel I collected from Tomb Street post office.After perusing and buying the most espensive foot and hand cream I could find, I retured home angry that they thought I was thieving from their shop.I rang their head office and politely told them what had occurred.I'm not a thief, I've never been a thief and I never shop in this store again.

The older woman with the blonde highlights has a STANK attitude my gosh couldn't be more rude. Will never go back. Fix your attitude.

Shop is fine but recommend you avoid the 'eyebrow threading' station. Woman doesn't know what she's doing.

I visited your castle court Superdrug store today and couldn’t have left any happier with the service I received. A really lovely & friendly girl named Leah gave lots of time and advice. Her attentiveness & knowledge was perfect. A real treat in such a busy store. Thank you again. Looking forward to trying my new perfume.

Worst place ever. The blonde lady at the till wasn’t happy because I paid in cash, she threw the change at me

Had a lovely girl serve me at Castle Court branch Belfast, her name was Leah, she had lots of time to help me with my loyalty card even tho the shop was busy, very pleasant young lady

Staff are so insensitive and rude. Today it was an older blonde woman and a younger brunette woman, both had terrible attitudes. Just constantly giving dirty looks, how do they even get hired?

Good store. Customer service could be better but can be forgiven considering it is a busy store. Only thing that really let the store down for myself was the nail technician attitude to me yesterday. I got gel nails done which I liked. I just didn't like the fact that, the other nail technician was pushy for me buy a nail package set after I repeatedly said no, she kept going on despite the fact I was already purchasing a couple of products that was recommended to me by the lady who done my nails. The experience made me feel frustrated and flustered.
