Had issues with my laptop for a few weeks when it keeps crashing and showing the blue screen of death. They helped to diagnose the problem as a faulty RAM that was added on when I bought the laptop (which turned out was not compatible in the first place). He even offered extra services such as laptop fan cleaning and setting up softwares all over again when we rebooted it. He also gave recommendations on a replacement RAM for me to buy with complimentary setup. Overall excellent customer service and he really explained and tried to help me understand all my options and choices. Highly recommended.

After I broke my MacBook screen, a lot of companies either wouldn't bother trying to fix it as they said it would be too costly, or they quoted me a lot more than I knew it was worth. James at Flying Moth was incredibly helpful - after finding out he didn't have the right screen replacement in stock, he recommended me to purchase the screen myself and he would fit it for just £50. This was perfect for me - I was able to bring the replacement screen in only two days later and James had it fitted within an hour and a half. He even let me test the laptop before paying, just to make sure it was alright I probably saved about £100 thanks to him!

We had problems with ethernet ports not working in some of the rooms in our house. James came round and managed to re-terminate the cables in the rooms, quickly and efficiently getting the ethernet back up and running - much appreciated in these WFH times! Would definitely recommend.

Data recovery from corrupted hard drive (SMART error) in iMac.I can’t thank James at Flying Moth enough for recovering data from my home Apple iMac. James is clearly technically gifted, but I really appreciated the clear way in which he communicated how the process would work. He also communicated regularly at the key points in the data recovery process. James was able to recover all of the data from my corrupted hard drive which was fantastic. I also felt James charged a very fair price.Overall I was very impressed by Flying Moth and thoroughly recommend them.Thank you

My daughter no idea how it happened?" cracked the screen on her Lenovo Yoga Laptop/tablet. Lenovo were unable to help. They could not supply an original replacement part but suggested I could send it back to them for repair? When I mentioned the fact that they did not have a replacement part to repair the device with we reached a dead end. I then got in touch with James who is local to me and he took the job on. I sourced replacement screens on Amazon and eBay

I took my laptop to James because it suddenly stopped working. He suggested to change the Motherboard so I ordered a replacement. Once received, he fixed and assembled it right there and then for less than an hour. So happy because my laptop is working again. Highly recommended..
