I have been working for more than 2 years at Delivery Mates,I’m very happy to work here, very easy access to the operations managers, whenever I needed help they were ready to solve it.I recommend!

Very fast, responsible and organized company

As someone who interviewed to work at this company, it was messy and disorganised. I would not want the pleasure of dealing with this company to transport my goods in any shape or form. The lack of communication internally is just one insight into its disorganised business operations. Unfortunately with an incompetent COO at the table the turnover in staff will most likely be very high. How not to run a company by any standards. I withdrew my application once it was clear how it is.To further add to my review the role I applied was at Omega Yamaha (another company the director is involved with). My details were then transferred to the COO of Delivery Mates without my consent or knowledge, they have no policy that allows this from my research.

I have been working with this company for the last 3 years.The company is reliable, and very transparent with its partners.If you are looking for jobs for couriers and other logistics jobs in general, this is your company.

Getting paid was a constant argument at this company. Keep receipts and proof of every route and do your maths to ensure you’re being paid. Additionally, they miss sending invoices, although they will charge you £5 to print an electronic receipt of your pay and send it to your email.You’re better off getting just about any other job considering the pay, situation and job benefits.

I joined at Delivery Mates group since end of 2021, great choice I’ve ever made, happy to be part of the team!
