Today I was served by nad)and (dan) I cannot express how amazing these guys was with setting me up on a new contract I was really nervous and these two guys made me feel so welcome and explained everything perfectly these guys make business a pleasure I would Highley recommend and thank you guys so so much.

when I walked in with my grandfather, who is 70 and Turkish the woman sat us down and immediately after him in his Turkish accent saying hello and my English accent saying hello she told us that vodofone do not use translators anymore. even though I had no intentions of explaining anything to him because he speaks amazing English, can fully understand and speak the language, and has lived here much longer then he lived in turkey. the staff were extremely passive aggressive,rude, inpatient and inconsiderate to an elderly man simply trying to get a new phone.

The staff were so rude and inconsiderate. I actually left the store in tears. No support at all. Did not care at all about my disability.

Good choice of phones and accesories. Plenty of staff. Bought a wireless 4g unit online then was able to pick it up from the shop instantly. Great service. Just a short wait to get me registered and off I went. Fantastic. Thank you Vodafone.

I have just had a very good interesting conversation with a very polite man called Chris very well managed as well he's at the Dearne office thank you very much for employing this gentleman he made everything simple and easy to understand and if I have any problems and future I would prefer to speak to Chris thanks very much have a good day

One visit, I had Jake who was super helpful but on my second visit I had a mature guy with glasses who was the complete opposite: arrogant, a know it all & quite rude. Unfortunately, the latter has me off

Awful went in because customer service sent me to pick up a mifi box instead I was sold a damn 3g yes 3g dongle which I took home used and received 1mb download yes that's correct 1mb I didn't realise at the time it was 3g until I got home and read the box because the so called assistant manager lied to my face and told me it was as fast as the mifi box lies then when I went in to return it the next day they wouldn't refund me and sent me to park gate.
