I've been partnering with Pilot Fish Media for a little while now and we have a fantastic working relationship. They're forthcoming, honest and hard working and we've been achieving some great results.

I let the guys know exactly what i was looking for and straight away they had a wealth of fresh ideas to compliment and improve my proposal. We were looking for a company that can really identify with our target audience and create dynamic and engaging content to build our online brand; we wanted creative, approachable, honest and knowledgeable. After meeting with many companies, we were excited by the Pilot Fish team and their energy! They made the world of Social Media very easy to understand, which can be quite daunting for those who have never gone into much depth. After meeting with Pilot Fish, we knew they were the team we’d been looking for!We have a dedicated account team, which makes queries and edits much smoother than getting a different person each time we call/email. They are regularly in contact with us regarding content planning, always ensuring that we are happy with the tone of voice, imagery, message, etc., and the team are very flexible to the needs of our business (i.e. getting event pictures to be posted next day). They have been clear and concise with everything, keeping us in the loop with what they are doing and why. In one instance, even taking the time to talk us through Facebook Business Manager when we were struggling to understand what we were looking at. The best part about the partnership is that it is a collaboration, and we still have a lot of creative involvement, which was important to us.We are very excited to continue working with Pilot Fish during 2020 and delving into more intensive advertising and would recommend for businesses looking to move into the world of Social Media Marketing.

Pilot Fish could not have been better. We approached them to launch our product using paid advertising on Social Media, we were provided with clear advice on how to access our demographic and achieve our goals. Pilot Fish then enacted the campaign and managed it, along the way adding more creative. Their execution of the campaign meant we acheived over 1000 downloads on the product in a couple of weeks. We could not be happier with the results of the work and would happily reference them to anyone.

Price policy unclear, they try to take advantage of customers asking money before providing services which qualify is doubtful. Stay away.
