Could not be more impressed with SDL.Shelton responded immediately to my enquiry to service my gas fire. He turned up when he said he would a few days later and kept me informed by text between initial contact and attending the job. He did a very thorough job without any mess and charged a very reasonable price. Extremely proficient and professional. Cannot recommend his services enough and will definitely be having him back to service both my fire and boiler next December.

When you live in a 70 years old house with very poor insulation and old windows and doors that are more for design purpose than for keeping the cold out of the building, and Shelton tells you that the new heating system is going to do the job and heat your old cold house then you kinda doubt his confidence. But when you fire up the new heating system and the whole house gets warm in less the 10 minutes, all you can say is: you were right Shelton. Well done.If you want a professional service, with enthusiastic explanation all throughout the process, then SDL is the right answer.Thank you SDL for proving me wrong.

I Called Shelton on a Sunday evening as we had a leak. He was at my house within 10 minutes and came over the next two days until he had solved the problem even though he was extremely busy with other work.I can’t thank him enough. Very professional and all around great guy.

Shelton is very professional and maintains a high standard of work. His diligence was obvious throughout a major project. This project involved a total removal of an old heating system in a large building and the refit of a new system which included new pipes throughout the building. Shelton has done an excellent job. New designer radiators fitted, new pipework, all lagged. A complete overhall of the boiler and heating. All work professional, everywhere left clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have Shelton working in my home. I would highly recommend.
