Sky high prices and atrocious customer service!This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After spending over £6500, Anthony - the owner - told me never to contact him again and blocked me!! I felt like I was back in high school!Firstly, please price check after you visit All tile Ceramics. A lot of the prices are way above Crosswater and Sonas RRP. Anthony told me they were a different product, but the product codes were identical e.g. he charged £84 for a toilet roll holder, exact same one £40 from Sonas.After my initial visit, Anthony vouched he would take returns and wouldn’t charge for anything not needed/wanted or fitted, this turned out to be a lie. THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING CHARGE ON EVERYTHING. Another thing you should be aware of, he won’t take ex display products back.After paying in full, I found out I would have saved around £3000 if I went to the retailer direct. He eventually (after much resistance) took back only 5 of the products I paid in full for because they weren’t needed or they wouldn’t fit (despite paying him £550 for a 3d plan) or because I simply didn’t ask for them in the first place (a tanking shower kit) but he told me I needed them. This was totally my mistake but you don’t think a local business is going to rip you off like that. AND their invoice states in writing they’d take back products after 21 days! He actually threatened me saying that ‘technically on paper according to our terms and conditions you shouldn’t be getting a penny back’ despite him accepting and receiving the 5 products back and agreeing to refund me for these. All tile ceramics made me wait 10 days for my £728 refund (reduced to £668.)Anthony, very unprofessionally, told me several excuses for the delay in my refund - ‘his child was ill’ OR ‘only his wife could do refunds’ OR he was ‘dealing with a disabled child’ OR they were ‘waiting for their grandmother to die’ (his exact words) I’m not sure if he was trying to make me feel bad but we all have issues and problems in life. I thought i had entered into a reasonable business contract, apparently not.In my eyes, he became extremely unprofessional after I text him saying I was disappointed after 9 days of returning the goods that I had not been refunded. He text me back saying my ‘unnecessary attitude is really unhelpful’ and to ‘stop with the needless criticism’ I felt he scolded me just for wanting my money back that was lawfully owed to me! I didn’t need or want to be berated and humiliated by a supposed local family business! He then said ‘please don’t contact us again I can’t deal with this anymore from you’ He would never have heard from me again if he had just refunded me the money owed soon after I had returned the products.My advice to anyone looking at purchasing from this shop, look at the products in his shop window, talk to him about ideas, and then go away and order elsewhere, you’ll save money and not be verbally abused!The customer care I had before paying him was good, before he took my money, he couldn’t do enough for me. But afterwards he wouldn’t take any of my calls or answer my emails or text messages, I felt he was ignoring me; just terrible aftercare service and very emotionally unstable in my mind. He can’t seperate his family issues with his business. His wife even got involved telling him in front of me that all the stress wasn’t good for HIM! They never once thought about me, the customer, who rightfully just wanted to be able to return a few things within the lawful cooling off period. Absolute con artists… STAY AWAY!

I worked with Anthony on a total bathroom refurbishment. It was a real creative collaboration. He transformed my vision into a reality. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. During the project Anthony kept me informed of progress in supplying goods and was able to advise when design plans shifted. I gave him a budget which ended up very close to estimate. If you are looking to do any refurbishments then I recommend dropping in for a chat.

Overpriced and poor service- stay away!Terrible service with Anthony from ATCB. We have renovated our whole house and used ATCB to provide both tiles and some bathroom furniture and fittings. To start with everything was fine and Anthony talks a lot about his attention to detail and getting you discounted and competitive prices on all his goods. Both these claims turned out to be absolutely untrue.Anthony will never disclose the manufacturer of most of his goods- especially with the tiles. We have since realised this is because his prices are very high and in some cases you can buy them cheaper direct from the manufacturer. We paid £600 plus VAT for a washstand and basin that is less is £600 in VAT on the manufacturers website and most legitimate resellers will openly tell you all prices are at least 30% discount on catalogue prices. Also watch out for his added delivery charges and other sky high priced add one such as tile trim, tanking kits, fans, grout etc. all things you won’t have asked for but he throws in to up the overall cost. We paid £30 a length for trim when it’s £6 elsewhere!We had a couple of issues of goods being delivered to site and us foolishly just accepting them without checking off every item. We mentioned some items were missing to Anthony but were told as the delivery note was signed he wouldn’t do anything. ‘Our ignorance and inexperience’ we thought so didn’t make too much of it.We also had times when tiles were in the pack broken but Anthony refused to replace them as he wouldn’t accept that they arrived broken so we had to buy more at great expense. On another occasion we opened a box with the WC and the cistern was broken. Again Anthony refused to accept that it had arrived broken and we had to buy another from him.The last straw came when he encouraged us to go ahead and buy tiles and furniture for a cloakroom that we were nowhere near ready to fit; when the time came to fit some months later it became apparent that the items Anthony had suggested for the cloakroom were totally inappropriate and oversized. After much back and forth Anthony refuses to take any responsibility for this even though he claims to be a bathroom designer and we had given him the dimensions of the bathroom to work with. To add insult to injury a radiator that I thought was going to be Burlington was actually replaced with a cheap imitation and charged at the same price as a genuine Burlington radiator.Save your money, shop at a genuine bathroom store that gives you both customer service and proper bathroom design services. Otherwise shop online as the prices will be much better and the refund and return policies are probably also much better!

Badly organised, forget what you tell them, prices in the showroom are way above what you can get online, doesn't itemise bills properly so you can't differentiate if you are getting a real item (Burlington in our case) or some rip off cheap version. Zero customer service from the owner Anthony (whose communication is atrocious). In comparison, we used Tucker French for our other bathrooms, who were faultless and happy to help with any problem.Furthermore, we did not give permission to ATC Tiles to use pictures of our bathrooms on any of their social media as they had minimal input (they didn't provide CAD drawings after many requests and some of which we were charged for) and mostly because of their awful customer service. We sent a polite letter requesting them to take down offendeing pictures, which they have ignored.We wanted to support a local business (instead of going to a chain) but we wouldn't recommend this bathroom shop to anyone.You can't do zero out of 10 on here but that's what they should be. They obviously struggle with repeat customers with their terrible customer service.

I have been using All Tile Ceramics for many years now and the reasons why I do that is because the service you receive from Anthony is amazing given the fierce competition. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all matters often going beyond expectations. Always polite and honest. Also happy to shop local! I don't want to lose them!!

Amazing customer service, Anthony was very intelligent, patient and helpful and went above and beyond to help me.The showroom is exceptionally presented and has a great choice of products to suit all budgets and expectations.I would highly recommend All Tile Ceramics.

Anthony was an amazing inspiration, helping us shape the vision for our bathroom project and offering up the right combination of advice and experience. Also helpful dealing with the supply chain and ensuring products were available as and when we needed them.
