I bought something off this woman and got it repaired and she is on trustable she has destroyed my clothing absolutely very bad and she gave me days and told me to come certain day and then I came on that day it wasn’t ready and then it was hundred and if you give me another day and then it wasn’t ready and it’s been going on for weeks but trust me he is useless not trustable

I used to go to this woman for tailoring my clothes and she did well with customer service and everything. However recently when I gave in my sari, her communication was off didn't keep me updated about anything, I gave benefit of the doubt then she left my sari with somebody else to give to me which I found odd. When I looked at the sari she ruined it top to bottom, blouse was like a crop t shirt, the bottom was just a mess it seemed she passed it on to somebody else to do and acted like she did it. I explained to her this wasn't right but instead gave me attitude didn't admit anything and on top changing the price. I was very shocked with this behaviour as she was not like this before. She didn't even give my money back.I went to a Indian sari shop and they said she ruined it and now costing me now 3 times as much to get it redone. I don't recommend this lady at all as she doesn't know customer service, disappears when you want to communicate and doesn't admit to her botch work. I am utterly disappointed as she was a good tailor. She didn't give my money back and I'm stuck with a large bill due to her or someone else's bad work. Never will recommend her to anybody again be very careful as she does not know what she is doing half the time.
