Kebab Hut

We were randomly driven past this area and were craving for kebab. So we stopped here and ordered food. Service is great and staff are friendly, expectedly busy because it's Friday night. I ordered a chicken doner kebab and I love it! All I have to say is that the chilli sauce they provided is special and has a kick, if you are someone who loves spiciness, this is the place. Although I ordered extra chilli sauce without knowing it's actually quite hot, I still can enjoy it.

I rarely do reviews, but this one is well deserved! I've been a returning customer for months now, had more than thirty meals and I never was disappointed. The char-grilled meat is always fresh, and you actually get what you order (which for some reason is not that common in other kebab shops!) And also, they are open until midnight seven days a week, which is really convenient.This is my honest 5-star review. Keep up the good work guys!

too much price very less portion of food not worth for money

Best doner I’ve had. Soft bread and tasty meat. I ordered the lamb doner and lamb shish. Sooooo good!

Kofte and homemade spicy sauce wrap… very tasty! Full of flavour and heat. A bit steep but you get what you pay for ☺️

If you walk in and order, you get the correct size portions, because you’re watching them cook , 1 large chicken kebab 2 x skewers but if you order a takeaway the portions are half the size and if it’s 2 kebabs they use 3 skewers instead of 4 for the same price, which is really poor also, I ordered a large portion of chips £5.50 and there was two small handfuls of chips!! All in 2 large kebabs which were half the size and a ridiculously small portion of chips for £39. Do not order a takeaway from here, you will be disappointed and hungry.Very poor and sneaky, will not be ordering again

Alright hear me now, after my last positive kebab encounter I decided to see if I could find lamb doner that would supersede the likes of Efes’, and I ended up in Kebab Hut, which was about a five minute walk from there. What I am looking for when I go to get doner meat and chips is decently priced lamb doner and chips with flavoursome sauces, fresh salad—and a healthy-sized portion of it all, too. Efes had a small portion for £7.50 and it truly was on the smaller side.I ordered doner meat and chips with salad. It only came in one size, which was definitely a good start—especially when I asked after the portion, and instead of showing me the normal containers, it was a silver tray. And for only a pound more! I was slightly concerned about the size of the meal in comparison to the price, but that got easily quashed by the anticipation of a good meal.The chips, crispy and well-salted, were fried there and then and not left in a hot-holding area. The homemade chilli sauce had a bit of a kick; enough to intrigue the palate but not so much that it destroys it entirely. Kebab Hut, so far, was ticking all the boxes.But then I tasted the lamb doner and couldn’t help but feel like something was missing. It was salty, but I wasn’t entirely sure if that was from the meat or the chips. The flavours were unfortunately lacking, and though it was cooked well, ultimately it did disappoint. If the meat was decently seasoned, it could have been the best lamb doner I’d had in a while.
