We recently bought through Henderson Connellan, it was a very enjoyable experience and the service levels from Holly and the team were excellent. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and proactively notified us of upcoming properties that met our criteria. They were really flexible to enable us to view the house we wanted at short notice, provided lot’s of good information and were able to answer all of our questions. The offer negotiation was handled swiftly and professionally, and once our offer was accepted the legal process was managed seamlessly to enable us to exchange within about 6-7 weeks. These estate agents were very good . Holly Smith sold the house and obtained an exceedingly good price despite a falling market and rising mortgage rate . She was exceptional.Abby took over the practical side and legal aspects of the sale ( corresponding with all parties sometimes in very difficult circumstances) and tried to keep us on an even keel with regular updates .They both instilled in us an air of calm confidence with their verbal communications which were also followed by an email.This was a very difficult time for us but was eased greatly by their help.We would recommend this Firm to anyone buying or selling a property
