Great brass tags for both dogs arrived promptly and properly engraved to last. They can now splash around in the sea without their tags rusting or our details disappearing! Excellent service. Great communication. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new plaque for my mother's grave on a Monday afternoon. The plaque was not a standard size. I emailed Engraving Studios with details of what I needed, and they responded very quickly. After payment, they sent me a proof picture to approve to make sure everything was ok before manufacture. I received the plaque Wednesday morning; even though the website states (for plaques), it can take 72 hours from approval to shipping. The price, the quality, and the service I received were excellent, compared to what I was quoted and shown in a shop local to me.

I ordered a simple name plate for my dog and it unfortunately arrived with one missing nut/bolt combo. However, all it took was a simple call and they're posting through another set. Mistakes can happen but having a company rectify it so seamlessly speaks volumes. For that alone, I'd highly recommend them. The nameplate itself is beautiful quality.

Just received a 39mm brass dog tag!So pleased with it! Easy ordering & great speed of delivery & quality is excellent. I love the fact you can add up to 8 lines to ensure you can add any vital information that would help your dog/pet if ever they are lost (hopefully never)! I supplemented my online order with an email (as requested) to confirm layout and wording and all has been followed as per my instruction. Really great service from this company. We needed a memorial plaque for a new access ramp in our Church. Having reached what I thought was agreement on the wording, when the draft was delivered it was felt that punctuation and wording needed changing. Feeling like a muppet, I changed the draft, which came back almost instantly at no extra cost. When the plaque arrived and I showed it to the PCC, the treasurer had a fit as she thought I had spent hundreds. Delivered it was £28.00. Great comms, service, delivery, price and fantastic service. Thoroughly and absolutely recommended. DPS We have a new puppy, guess who will be making his dog tag?

Excellent discs. I have ordered two sizes now and they are brilliant. Service is first rate. Speedy delivery. I feel very confident that the discs will stay in place. Previous discs (not from Engraving Studios) used to wear out at the hole and then drop off. I was constantly checking. No need with these.I had a follow up query and Andy responded very quickly and was extremely helpful and kind. Huge thanks, Andy. Received safely today.
