I created an account, paid everything and when I emailed because my credit was not available all they said is to do some checking. After that they disconnected my account so I can't even login. They didn't refund anything, I am absolutely disgusted.....AVOID THIS SCAMMERS!!!

I’ve had a number with them for over 3 years phoned them for help with adding a new debit card and got told I don’t qualify for phone support send a email customer service very poor.

Do not use under any circumstances. Telephone support is only for their most expensive package and if you go for the standard sip accounts they will never help over the phone.

Our company has been using Orbtalk for VoIP for over a year now. It was fairly easy to set up, they support guys helped us along the way. We haven't experienced any problems at all since we have had it and the cost is a lot cheaper than the old BT phones we used to have.

For all business owners Avoid, Avoid, Avoid if time is of essence and don't use this service provider!1 start because can't event use the service they charge for, money was taken payment was made but 7 days later and 3 voice mails and 4 Emails still no replay and service not working, imagine your Bussines where your calls are forwarded to Orbtalk Nr and something goes wrong your out of Bussines as the support team at Orbtalk did not assist and the sales team when asked to refund money they charged, adviced they can't do that. I never even got the chance to use there services is this a scam where they don't have service but just collect credit card details or they actually provide such service is still unknown to me.And suport did not replay to my emails where I asked how they solve problems if any arise and in how long time I guess ignorance is the answer and hope that all things will get better them self with timePeter B.

Absolutely terrible. They have a major problem with their VOIP security. Fraudsters can hack the system and make calls. Orbtalk then refuse to reimburse you for the calls!! Do not use this company! Look at all the bad reviews.

This company knowingly provides numbers to cold calling scammers. For example the ones that tell you your due money from a car crash that never even happened.
