David's professionalism, guidance and expertise, is invaluable in guiding customers. There is no hard-sell, no pressure to buy, just plain-spoken advice, based upon years of experience, and practical, helpful, demonstrations. Installation by David and Raymond, was efficient, clean and professional . They both took extraordinary care to ensure floors and the existing fireplace etc were protected, and undamaged. Unexpected anomalies in our old flue were patiently approached, and painstakingly overcome. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are delighted with the stove, and with our choice of provider. Thank you David and Raymond.

I had a Clearview Pioneer 400 fitted last week by County Down Stoves & Flues & what an amazing service for start to finish. There advise is second to none. Once you buy a stove it’s like being part of a family there alway happy to help. The even manager to fit me in before Christmas which is there busiest time.When buying a stove it’s a false accompany to buy a cheaper one as I’ll cost you more in the long run as it’s got to be fitted right & work.

David knows what he is talking about. Technology person more than a salesman. Takes time to explain things in plain language. Shows with things on display and with videos of work done, not just tells. Wet drizzly day today, so one stove was in operation in the showroom: a great chance to try the controls and feel the warmth. Stoves and materials quite pricey but their quality is perceptible. I could not resist buying a surface thermometer. Thinking of buying a stove.
