Company sells products although they are not in stock. Not reliable nor honest seller in my opinion. I regret I met them.

I recommended Pass to a friend for his annual calibration on fga unit. Usually 1 to 2 day turn around. 3 weeks later, constant chasing up they finally admit to loosing the unit. No calls or emails from them to keep updated, nothing. And to this day of me writing this, still no unit or phone call. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them again. How embarrassing.

Paid 7 pound for next working day delivery. Simply didnt arrive and still waiting. Customer service was poor. No refund for delivery cost. Avoid

Ordered 2x 5L hand sanitisers. On delivery realised they did not contain alcohol so phoned to arrange an exchange. Simple right? Wrong. Was told because it is PPE" (YEAH RIGHT) that it cannot be exchanged.Unfair and very disappointing. Will never order again."

Great place for calibration, sales and training! turned my son's MFT meter around the same day even with adjustment, sold him the meter in the first place and trained him how to use it whilst on 18th edition / basic test and inspection courses

Well calibrated my fluke easy and quick serviceOnly issue collection 15£ and FedEx never showed up (my advice please don’t use FedEx) and will give you 5 stars next time
