Oh gosh, this shop has become very expensive. Took my daughter and her cousin for a few bits and I appreciate things have gone up in price, but they definitely didn't have enough money to buy things from here despite things being on offer. Disappointing really.

This shop is every little girlie girl's dream. Wide selection of products and the staff were polite and welcoming. I do find that even with the regular promotions the products are very expensive for what they are...

Person who served me was pushy. I went to buy one item for daughter and a offer of 3 for 2 was on but I only wanted one and was told daft to buy one when I could have 3 but I had no need for 3 amd she huffed at me and while in there she followed my daughter around watching her like she qa about to steal something made us both uncomfortable to point I nearly didn't buy anything. I was aware of the offer and I've worked in retail myself and know staff are told to promote but not to the point they feel they have too and feel bad for not buying. I'm a disabled single mum I had enough for the one item I went in for not two even if u got a 3rd free and I was made to feel bad. So I won't be going back into this peticular store again.

A fantastic array of up to date accessories no matter how small for young people to adults. Thousands of items to browse. Friendly and helpful staff.

Can be expensive but they do have some very good offers on.

Visited to buy Halloween accessories. One member of staff working who was incredibly helpful but really could have done with two working. Had to wait to be served as the staff member was doing piercings.
