Vish, who was at the counter around 6.50pm today, was super helpful — he went above and beyond to locate an important package I had that was at risk of being returned to sender. I rarely write reviews but just wanted to highlight that his great customer service really made my day and helped me avoid a lot of wasted time and hassle in the future (had the package been returned to sender). Thank you so much!

Visited this depot just before Bank Holiday closing, to ship an international parcel. It extremely busy, but the service was still very courteous, diligent and excellent as always. Thank you Vish for your great customer service!

Dropping off my letter took around 25 minutes, as the process felt disjointed and less efficient than it could have been. However, I must commend the staff, who were very friendly and did their best, despite the challenges posed by the systems they had to work with.It would have been helpful if DHL had offered an option to pay online and print labels in advance, as this could have saved time for both customers and employees. Where possible I don’t will choose other delivery services in the future.

Great service from this service point. The guy in the reception was so kind and patiently assisting a guy who's deaf-mute when I came. I can see how he really make sure the customer understands. I wish I asked his name to properly acknowledge here. I was there this afternoon, 7th of February at 17:15.My box was too big for me to carry so I asked if I can open the box and I'll just take the item...he's very nice to help me with a smile!Great job for this service point!
