The worst company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, multiple delivery dates which they never turned up on, and the date they finally did they was 3 hours over the suggested window. Driver dumped my expensive parcels (furniture) on my drive way and just drove off, did not contact me or knock at all, he also in his mad hurry missed one of my boxes from his van and we are still trying to get it back.Was lucky I looked out the window and noticed.Absolute shambles of a company.

After losing my first parcel in transit, the driver left a £200 parcel on the front doorstep instead of round the back porch as stated. I then found out they sent me 2 headboards of a bed instead of a full bed.

DO NOT USE! Probably the worst courier company out there! Shocking and appalling service. No delivery even after being sent texts and out for delivery" tracking info. Tried speaking to web chat and they cancelled the delivery (while it was out for delivery!) and said they will "try again tomorrow" and when I disputed this they simply said sorry? Like talking to a brick wall. Also emailed me saying they'd provide an update and they never did even after my email chasers!"

Dont deserve even one star. Dodgy company avoid at all costs… waited in yesterday after xdp had item for over a week from Very then didnt turn up and sat outside drivers home on map yesterday, now maps disappeared from tracking and says out for delivery yesterday. No contact number no live chat, Very only have a mobile number for them which is very dodgy and a woman from the Phillipines answers who is contracted out to them and cannot help either. Even she said its dodgy. Just want my item today delivered. Wasted time off work. Very strange when you look into this company

Absolutely abysmal. Don’t reply to emails, don’t answer phones, don’t respond on live chat, app doesn’t work and they can’t follow directions. Thank God for a driver called Harry - he has intelligence but any seller who uses this company should be avoided at all costs.

Supposed to arrive two days ago, then I got a delivery time for yesterday and nothing. Don't bother trying to call or email either because the line just cuts off and the email can take up to 72 hrs for a response! This is now urgent for me but no way to find out what's happening!

I ordered an item and it was shipped to XDP a day or two later, it then took 2 weeks for XDP to deliver it to me even though I was told 3-5 days. I used their app to track where my delivery was and it was just sat at their depot for all that time. I could not get in contact with them as they were not answering emails or calls. I had to contact my seller to actually get any sort of update, but even then I was given minimal information as to the whereabouts of my package. I was only told it was going to be delivered 2 hours before it arrived so I wasn’t actually in to receive my parcel.

Stay away at all costs from this incompetent company. They say they will deliver and give you a time slot then they don’t even show up. I was given multiple numbers which are all mobiles and none of them are even in use!!! No main landline number for a huge delivery company is very suspicious. One of the numbers took me to a call centre in the Philippine’s and they even said they are sent to voicemail when trying to get hold of them. No-one seems to know anything and I ordered my item on the 10th November. It is now the 24th November and i have no information on my delivery. This is insane. Ive made a huge complaint about them and they need to resume their working if they cant even deliver a service! I was sent a text yesterday with a 2hour time slot and no one turned up and i have had no correspondence to say why or where my delivery is. Stay away from using this company. Absolutely appalling customer service and delivery standards. If i could give NO STARS i would.

Never written a review in my life but I genuinely hope anybody that has the displeasure of having to use this absolutely despicable delivery service gets their items the same month they ordered it, XDP have had my parcel for weeks now, randomly scanned it every few days and have had no corespondent whatsoever, even contacting Wayfair about my order and launching an investigation into it hasn’t seen any progress in my order getting any closer to my door, I genuinely hope the people that own and manage this company have the worst day of their life every day for the foreseeable future.(Would leave 0 stars but that’s not an option)

Complete and utter nightmare company. So far been given 5 different delivery days. Final one got a delivery slot time. And then they turned up at a totally different time when we were out. No contact possible, thay just do whatever they want regardless of what they yes. We need minus stars on here. AVOID !!!
