I couldn’t recommend Krystle Brides enough, they are amazing.From my very first appointment I felt so special. They were so good with me and my family making me feel so warm and so comfortable. They took time to understand me and my wedding and what I wanted and just made me feel so at ease. I never felt rushed or judged, and I could tell straight away that the ladies all absolutely love their jobs: they honestly couldn’t have been more helpful.The majority of my dealings were with Laura who wasabsolutely lovely, so friendly and kind and really went above and beyond to help me and make me feel special. I was really sad when I went to the shop for the last time as every time I went in I felt such happiness.Thank you to everyone at Krystle Brides for making my wedding dress experience so amazing.

Amazing service from start to finish! Everyone is so friendly at Krystle Brides. I actually went to my bridal appointment alone and felt so welcomed and comfortable trying on dresses. I then had an accessories appointment where I brought along my two bridesmaids and revealed my dress to them for the first time which was special. I brought my mum along for the first fitting and my maid of honour of the final fitting. Each appointment was so lovely. Although it’s a bit of a drive to Bath, it was fun making a day out in Bath at every opportunity. In the appointments we were given time and privacy where needed and I never felt pressured into buying anything. The alterations package was amazing and they did such a great job. I’d definitely recommend Krystle Brides! Thank you all for all you do.

Absolutely lovely place! The dresses there were completely my vibe, the staff were amazing, listened to what I wanted and picked some beautiful dresses. I think Krystal actually found the dress that I eventually picked.

Perfect dress, perfect experience, perfect staff.I cannot recommend Krysyle Brides enough! I have enjoyed my entire experience from start to finish which definitely lessened the stress!I was so thrilled when my sisters, mum and I first walked in to ask if we could book an appointment, to be told there was a free spot right then! I asked them for recommendations for dress styles as I've never had a specific style in mind! The staff were so helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable! I found THE dress during that first session and it is the dress of my dreams! It was absolutely perfect! They booked me in for my alterations and were accommodating to my last minute requests! I am very grateful to the staff at Krystal Brides for finding me my dream dress and making the whole process exciting and fun!

I cannot fault Krystle Brides at all. From day one every single member of the team has been so kind and helpful. I never felt rushed when initially trying to find my dress and then afterwards they were all so accommodating to let me go back and try it on multiple times with different family members, when I had my hair trial etc. I am gutted that my experience as a bride with them is over but I can’t thank them enough for being so lovely. My dress is absolutely beautiful and I felt like a true princess on my special day.Thank you so much for everything you all did. I will definitely be recommending you to all my engaged friends! Xxx

The best bridal shop, I cant recommend Krystle brides enough. This shop has the most beautiful selection of dresses and accessories and gives the best experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly lovely ladies who can't do enough for you. You have your own fitting room and are made to feel so special and relaxed. I purchased my dream dress, veil and headband from here and it went perfectly together. Krystle and Katy were always so helpful and accommodating and they made the whole process so easy. Thankyou Krystle and your team I will continue to recommend you to everyone.

The very best in the business! My dress finding journey was made one to remember by all of the lovely ladies at Krystle Brides. Nothing was too much bother, I was able to go in and try on my dress as many times as I liked, not the mention the shop is stunning and a lovely place to be.The amount of designers and different dress styles to try on is great, with every style you could imagine under one roof which is rare to find in a bridal shop.Thank you all so much for helping me find my dream dress, I will be forever grateful to you all!

Myself, my mum and bridesmaids went for an appointment at Krystle Brides a few months ago. From the beginning Krystle and her team were so welcoming to us all and made us feel like it was a special day for choosing my perfect dress. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they popped open a complimentary bottle of fizz for us to celebrate this special occasion.I took several hours to choose the right dress for me as they have such a large amount of beautiful dresses but I was never rushed and their patience and professionalism made me feel at ease the whole time. I highly recommend Krystle and her team for making you feel like a princess when choosing your perfect wedding gown.

I cannot recommend Krystle Brides enough. Between shopping for myself and friends, I’ve been to a lot of the bridal shops in Bristol & Bath in the last 5 years, and had by far the best experience at Krystle Brides. I visited in 2021 shopping for my own dress, Krystle was SO lovely, and made the experience feel so special. She allowed us to look through the beautiful dresses and choose ones to try (I’ve been in shops where you’re not even allowed to touch/look at them properly which felt so strange and completely spoils the experience!). She also got a real feel for what I liked and didn’t and used her expert knowledge to help me. Her passion for what she does is unmistakeable, she was as excited as us and made me feel so beautiful with each dress I tried, especially ✨the one✨ . Unlike some other shops, she was very relaxed about us taking photos and videos which meant a lot to me, as when it’s all over, what you have left (besides the memories) are the photos, so it was important to me to know that the dress I chose photographed well! There was also no pressure put on me to say “yes” or complete the order there and then. On future visits to the shop I always felt so valued by Krystle, Katy & Katie. I used Katie, their in-house seamstress, and had the same high level of service. They’re such a wonderful team and felt like friends come the end. I’ve since been back with my sister and had the same amazing experience! You will not regret paying them a visit!
