Very rude guy. I went in there all happy, saying hello

First time I had a parcel collection from here. Three parcels to collect and the Indian man got me to sign for three parcels but only gave me two. When I asked about the other parcel he pretended firstly to not understand and shake his head and say ‘only two’. When I refused to leave until he found my other parcel after having to search through all the parcels in the shop myself and then stand there and tell him quite loudly that I wasn’t leaving until he found it, did he miraculously find my parcel. The parcel was not a small package - rather large, so not one you would miss. He did not make eye contact with me or apologise. Please do not use this shop as a collection for your parcels as I’m sure I’m not the first customer to not collect all their parcels from here. Not to be trusted.

Good place to go if you want to get a good service. They have all you need and I've never come out without what I've wantedSpecially JJ (JOEL) never says no to go and check in the back for the goods to double check even if it's not stacked in the store racks hats off guys and cheers ..!

Reasonable prices. Wide selection of goods can be found. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. JJ helped us to sort our ration list , when we visited the store last week.

I would give zero if I could. The women there is lovely and I never had any issues from her. The guy though blatantly has take my parcel for himself. I went there to collect it and he even acknowledge it was him in the photo that the courier took an image of accepting my parcel. Because I'm not on a 'list' he then started lying to me saying that I must have already collected it when I hadn't and I could see my parcel behind the counter! Do not use this place for Evri collections, if it doesn't get resolved I will raise this as theft.

DO NOT USE this store for Evri parcel drop off. After following instructions from both Amazon & Evri to not package my return because the store member does it - was told that “they don’t offer this service”. A total waste of time.

Very disappointed with this shop, they have recently got a new locker to send/ collect parcels from. However since they’ve had it i’ve only been able to send one of my parcels off as everytime i’ve walked down there it has told me there’s no compartments available and it’s been like this for 2 months. It is now the only locker in earlsdon and it doesn’t even work so now I have to go out of my way to whoberly just to send parcels off. Not happy at all!

Went in one time and when I payed I was told that my card ‘didn’t go through’, so I tapped it again only to find out later when I was looking at my banking app that I had been charged twice. Not sure if it was a mistake or not but I had to chase them up on it 4 times (each time showing them my bank app showing two transactions as proof) until eventually they begrudgingly agreed and gave me the amount in cash with no apology.

Helpful and kind staff. I got an Evri parcel to return which is bulky but still satisfies the parcel shop drop off requirements. I went to 2 parcel shops (1 in the city centre and 1 in Cannon Hill) before this one, and neither accepted my parcel. Unlike the staff from other shops who were very rude, the lady of Earlsdon Convenience Store is very nice and helped me with every step of parcel returning.

Collected my stuff here twice without any issue. The middle-aged man is very friendly. The store is spacious & well-designed. My trusted collection point!
