Can't ever fault the service in screwfix everyone is always helpful. Even if you are just someone off the street and got no idea really what your after or if your a professional builder.Always check on the app first if certain things are in stock as no one wants a wasted journey.

Superb service from the Trade Team. I ordered several items in the evening not noticing they wouldn't be available the next morning. They found alternative items and also helped set up a new app on my phone. I can now see what's in stock,and get my previous receipts. I used them for over 5 years and can't fault them..

Professional and Friendly service, ideal for quick collection. Had everything in stock so no complaints. Showed me the new collection option so I don't have to queue, using their app. Very handy.

Easy to get in and out of, with the exception of the Hereford traffic, but it's got access from many routes. Really friendly staff so great for quick visits when you haven't got around to putting the order in earlier. Great!

I'm not a trades person but going here to buy a mixer kitchen sink tap was easy enough, served by a friendly chap. Plenty of parking.

I'm really not one for leaving reviews, because I expect a decent level of customer service when I'm a paying customer. But today at Screwfix Hereford I had the pleasure of excellent customer service from Kerry. I took them up on their price match policy, which after checking with the manager Kerry said they would match the price, which was a bonus for me and Screwfix because I spent most of the savings on another purchase. Win win all around!!! Many thanks to all at the Hereford branch, obviously, especially Kerry.
