First of all sorry for such late feedback I have been terribly busy with this boat conversion secondly I have just recommended the solar system to someone hence finding this email and lastly the system has been an absolute workhorse since the day it was installed and have never requires shore power or generators: even the engineers at Dauntless boatyard Canvey island said that it’s an amazing system better than anything they have seen so far and half the price of well known brands.Again apologies for such a late reply.RegardsMartin Driscoll

During the possible rolling black-out period in the UK I ordered a Champion Generator from Generator Pro. There just weren't any and Generator Pro had the best offer at the time, not their fault but it took ages to arrive.When it did arrive it was built like the outside brick you know what, it was also much larger than I anticipated. I had ordered it based on energy out-put not energy input, it would have cost a good chunk of change to run even in a emergency situation since fuel prices had gone up in the interim. Well with cap in had I rang Kim at GeneratorPro and said I had made a mistake (mine not theirs) and could I return it if I bought an alternative Champion generator from them. Kim spoke with Champion and GenaratorPro and Champion agreed the return as long as it was in like new condition which it was. It cost a bit to have a palliated generator returned and a replacement quickly appeared. I now have a small output generator with a smaller energy input and the added bonus of Dual Fuel (Petrol/Liquid Gas) still built like the outside brick you know what. Haven't started it yet don't want to get it dirty (no just getting the correct 16a plugs etc). There bit of a story but all true, thank you to Kim at GeneratorPro and Champion. HowardIt's now the 27th April 2023 and I have an update to my review above. I started my replacement generator today, I filled the oil as directed and what I did was pull the started handle (not electric) to rotate the engine with the ignition off to make sure the parts inside were coated with oil before starting. I 1/2 filled the fuel tank and using the electric starter turned the generator over for a moment and it started straight away, let it warm up and put 2kw of load for 35 minutes then put it away in my new plastic outdoors storage box along with fuel, fire extinguisher etc. a good day.

What an absolute joke of a company, I purchased an in stock item to be emailed its actually out of stock! i asked for a refund of which they did promptly however for less than i purchased the item for, their response was paypal fees!! so i pay their fess even though it was out of stock? i emailed constantly and now being ignored....AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

THis company is useless been waiting for my order for 7 weeks, I chose a generator that was supposedly in stock for fast delivery as this was to ensure we could power my wifes medical equipment in case of power outage. However this was not available so they advised to switch to a more expense model as that was in stock but that hasn't arrived either. No response on refund request - Totally rubbish

After keeping me informed about shipping delays , theynidentified a similar generator that would arrive quicker and delivered this as fast as they could. It arrived in good order and is now being used with no problems

They provided an LPG Generator. It’s definitely the way forward! It had to be imported but arrived reasonably quick. Customer service great when arranging delivery. They arranged delivery to suit me . Green Gear generator came recommended by NCASS as a generator ideal for small mobile catering business. Yet to fire it up but it looks great! It is a heavy piece of kit but has handles and wheels for easy movement. Purchased a 7kw model and price was competitive.

The company supplied a portable inverter generator. I was able to order the item I wanted, with a very reasonable (1 week) lead time, which compared favourably to the 2 MONTHS quoted on other sites for this item. Excellent availability, and helpful response to my telephone query - thank you.

Sold a generator for over £1000 and no tracking does not reply to emails and when I phone I am told he will look into it now sure how an item for over £1000 is apparently sent and no tracking number can be provided.He has until 10 am today to sort or I will be taking this matter up with my card company.
