Coming 6 years make delivery & collection but I don't like stay in canteen have no private, sofa & chairs & bench are not comfortable waiting here for drivers.What's the point waiting in canteen when you handed keys to the gate house drivers will nowhere without keys.INSTEAD TAKE DRIVERS PHONES NUMBERS LET US BE IN CAB WHERE WE HAVE PRIVACY AND CALL US WHEN IS READY TIPPED OR LOADED LIKE OTHER COMPANIES DO AND IS NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS.

I'm really surprised that there's so many negative comments about this placeI'm collecting from them for more then 5years sometimes twice a weekNever ever had a problem with any of themAt the gatehouse ladies never been rude to me and if something going not as it should be they keep you updatedPlus why anyone blaming them ???!!!Same with guys upstairs in a officeNo problems atOverall nice friendly placeShame you cannot wait in a cab ....but hey ho they not the only onesSee you soon

Ridiculous. I’ve registered to unload and 22 h already gone and that’s not too bad because some drivers already waiting here 4 days to offload. Most of the streets around the company are fully parked by truck’s drivers. I went fourth time to ask what’s going on. Older lady started to shout that I should speak to manager and I don’t have problem to that just pls show me which one, then without looking at the paperwork she said I was late that’s why I wasn’t unload which is rubbish because I wasn’t. My answer was that I don’t think all these drivers here around the company incl. those who wait already 4 days I don’t think that we all been late. She answered me that yes we all been late. No shower to use only toilet and if You wear safety shoes and hiviz of course. I spoke to few workers here and they said that Culina is taking all the deliveries but really and truly they don’t have enough people neither space to receive all the stock!!! Inhuman conditions. Unbelievable. Well done to the older lady in reception for her attitude…

Give up my free time on a Sunday to do a delivery here only to be greeted by the most disgustingly attituded woman I've met in a long time. She is the only major complaint I have about this place, I encourage any drivers that find her attitude disgusting to ring up Cullina customer services and complain about her as I have done.

Just started a new contract for a firm I started with 3 months ago delivering to culina in Milton Keynes & I would really like to say a big thank to Judy who works in the gate house of deliveries who is absolutely professional at her job very understanding & pleasant to deal with in tricky situations,she absolutely helped me out yesterday & I couldn’t be more thankful.thank you Judy wish there was more like you.x

Except a few drivers" that didn't knew how to mind their on business

One of the worst culina sites( and companies in general) I had to deliver so far. They do not respect your booking time: of course if you don't get there at your precise booking time, they don't even bother looking at you, but even if you get there on time, they will still put you on hold for as much as they like. The in-gate staff is very rude and bored, don't even bother giving you updates or keeping you informed regarding the delays they put you through. Utter disgust, this is what if feel after having to deal with this place...

;/. The first to get to know the company is the guards at the gate.All the comments written here are true. Culina,s managers,you really need to review and adjust your security guard policy. And thank you very much for the free coffee and a good waiting room for drivers.
