I bought a Toyota Corolla GR Sport in the summer last year and Tyrone was fantastic with his service. He arranged a great deal on the finance for the car and he went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed considering I travelled some distance to view the car. There was no pressure to buy the car from Tyrone and due to the relaxed environment at the dealership I ended buying the new motor. I have had a few bad experiences in the past when dealing with main dealerships for any car service/repairs etc. but after recently purchasing a Toyota Yaris, I have just used this place for the first time. Had my car service & MOT done last week and the whole experience was totally different. Toyota Chesterfield have now turned my opinion around and I will certainly use them again.

Hi just thank to thank ben wallace who sold me my toyota prius in spetember this .I found i had no service book i called and he was so helpfull and i managed to arrange a order book and also manage to get it stamped by the service team.Also he said he will post it out to me for free .

Have my car serviced here always received with a friendly smile. I actually trust this garage unlike some others, only needed a wiper blade in addition to service nd test, which cost less than Halfords. They always send a video of the car underneath too. I find them competative on price too.

A five star service and amazing attention to detail from Ben Walne and Mat Lobo of the sales team during the purchase of my new Rav4 GR Sports 4x4. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave honest and very useful advice. Many thanks for taking the pain out of car purchase.

Went in to find a new car and found one that was absolutely perfect for me. The staff were all lovely, especially Jacob who was absolutely amazing and helped me in any way he could even when I called for the smallest details regarding my finance. Although he has only been with the company a couple of weeks, he makes sure you are completely happy with your purchase and makes you feel comfortable asking any questions or voicing any worries. I would definitely go back again when I change my car, as the car itself is such an upgrade from the one i had! :)EDIT: 2 years later!As promised, i returned to Vertu Toyota and got an amazing deal from them once again on a brand new Aygo X.Thank you so much Jacob & the team for continuous amazing customer service. ❤️
