Friendly staff, explained everything well, cost involved, time taken, and would be in touch if any issues. Laptop, wouldn't boot up. No display to get to bios. Tried everything I knew as an ex IT worker, realised it was hardware and didn't want to attempt to fix it myself(restricted use of hands). The issue was my SSD and needed replacing. Cost incurred was reasonable for new SSD and reinstall of W11 + labour. I had backups of data but my SATA drive still had data on so was able to recover everything quite easily. Time taken was only a couple of days, so really good and customer contact excellent.

5⭐ best computer shop. I have been other shop ,they told me cannot find parts for my laptop,I find the parts (easily) bring down to Penny Lane Computers and they can replace. Job done. ✅

Professional looking computer shop, very clean, new and used IT kit. Staff are very knowledgeable. I was served by Luke, very polite, confident and knowledgeable, explained what was going to happen which was reassuring as I had just ££££ of IT with him. Another customer was provided a break down of what was repaired and bill sounded a good price. As long as all goes OK I will definitely use again.

My computer was useless and I was going to buy another, it was really slow and would hardly work. I took it to Penny Lane computers in Ipswich and they quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a price to fix it.I agreed the price and it was fixed the same day. It is now really fast and works perfectly for what I need. Excellent all round

Company can't do anythingthey can't fix simple issues that after taking it upon myself took a few minutes on google and then a buy a new component they are terriblehow can anyone bring themselves to buy from them honestly 0/10
