Great prices and helpful staff. I have purchased from B grade on a number of occasions and will not use any other suppliers. Latest purchase being a tall fridge freezer. Nothing is too much for the experienced staff. Honest opinions on appliances and they will accommodate your budget. B grade have also always delivered around my shift work. A real gem of a place and I’ve been using them since the days of Gloucester and then relocating to Quedgeley. Thank you B grade. Excellent service and recommended.

Great and prompt personal service at the price of Argos. In Gloucester for the day supporting my 90 year old father-in-law. Fridge had recently failed. Excellent service!!! I needed to buy a cooker and fridge freezer spoke to Nick Symonds at B Grade Domestics who is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and brings them up on a large computer screen, he went through them with me one by one explaining all the specifics until I decided which two I wanted. They carry a huge amount of stock ( unlike a certain well known electrical retailer!)and delivered my items the very next day, chosen and delivered within 24 hours!! Outstanding customer service, highly recommended!!

Very knowledgeable staff. Went in on Monday for a fridge freezer, helped with all my requirements to how many draws and style and frost-free etc. Had next day delivery for only £10 allocated time slot and turned up when they said they would!!!Even the delivery man said he would take the box off before he got it into the house because it would be difficult to remove once in, how right was he. Couldn't fault this company from start to finish. WELL DONE
