Excellent, professional advice and friendly service. Social distancing measures adhered to and made me feel safe - as a new cat owner, I was unsure what was going to happen but everything was explained carefully and clearly.One very happy and healthy cat now, thanks guys!

They explained all the options really clearly and were really supportive.With our other cat they always explain everything clearly and making an appointment is very easy.Would really recommend.

I'm disappointed. I've been registered for a couple of years with my two cats and have found, so far, that the staff aren't overly friendly and that as with most vets, they charge a fortune for absolutely everything, without warning.I have been in a couple of times for things not relating to just annual checks and I have experienced quite rude responses on both occasions.Prior to the next time my cats need their annual checks, I will be moving elsewhere.My view is that if you are going to employ experience vets to charge the earth for caring for my pets, I should at least deal with friendly staff, not walk away feeling as though I was a waste of their time and an inconvenience.
