I visited Barry for a sports massage. I stumbled upon him through Google and I’m so glad I did. My massage was fantastic and I felt motivated after spending a short time with him. His passion for heath, fitness and nutrition is inspiring. I was feeling a bit under the weather for my second massage and He advised me to cancel - it’s not good for you apparently- and didn’t charge me!! He is genuinely passionate about what he does. Would highly recommend a visit.

Didn’t realise how tense I was until I finished here. Every part of my body just feels loser and less sore. Would 100% recommend. Have had deep tissue massages before, but first time I’ve had it with the full cupping and is definitely worth it. Feel relaxed and ready to go. Will definitely be back
