They have a very good support team based in the UK, First class responses all the time, Competitively priced, You get assigned your own AM who deals with pretty much everything u may have a problem with. The Engineers know what they are talking about and will explain stuff to you if you ask and they don't mind that either.First class all i really have to say about SWComms they have never let me down

Terrible service, on the outdated equipment they charge for, even after they declare it defunct.Ignore termination notices which they say a termination notice, which are apparently only valid if sent 29th February of a odd numbered year.I was hoping to get an honest service from a local firm, but alas. Nightmare

SW Comms did a fantastic job installing our new phone system, which coincided with an office move. They were able to help us out at short notice, and we are very happy with the results.

Always extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure that if there is a problem that it is fixed quickly. The technical team are very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to speak too. Our accounts manager is very professional, helpful, and always available if we need any help. No question is to small or silly to answer and if we don't understand something it's always explained in a way that doesn't belittle you and always makes sense.This company came highly recommended to us and they have not disappointed.Set up of the phone system was fantastic, not only was it stress free it was also money saving compared to other companies out there who tried to sell us a system that we didn't need. We also had two very lovely members of staff come and show us how to use the system and also how to use the online system so we can change the settings ourselves.All over Good Honest service all round.

We went out on a limb in selecting SW Comms as our phone provider over a local alternative, but have been delighted by both the service and support over the last 2 years. I would thoroughly recommend!

Overcharged for several items at start of contact. Had to fight for a year to get charges removed. Ignore termination notices which they say a termination notice needs to be done more than once. Ignore shorter contract deals on termination. Another battle. Full of promises. Lack on delivery. There are larger firms with much better service that I was hoping to get from a local firm. Nightmare

Contact tie ins, beware! You must termiante any contracts 3 months before anniversary dates, and if you do not your tied in for another 12 months.

We have been with SWComms for over 3 years now. When we have asked to make changes to our system they have made the changes quickly with no hassle to us. I do a monthly on line check to assess our call use and whether some one is making excessive personal use of our phones. Apart from that I can just forget about the system. And all this for several thousand pounds less than BTBusiness.

Have been using SW Comms for a year now. Very happy, really good and friendly customer services. The service department so far have been very helpful and always managed to sort any issues quickly over the phone. Would certainly recommend the company.
