I booked apartments for April 2020, giving a deposit of nearly £500. To date, no one has got back to be regarding a refund despite emailing numerously. Whilst I’m sympathetic to all business, given the circumstances, it is not right to ignore customers and keep their money.

Clean, great location and area.The lift squeaks and sounds like a firework going off every time... All night gets a bit much, so I hope they fix it.You are also going to get noise from the street, and we had revellers coming back from 3 til 6am in very noisy fashion. But then you're in the city centre.

A little bias, but I love staying here, whether with my kids (two boys aged 3 and 9, who love their glam night in the city), with my girls or the husband. The location is THE Best and the apartments are beautiful.

Booking instruction are clear and easyThe location is amazingClean and safe to stay innLittle noisy when you crack the windowsThe windows are not well blinded in case you want to sleep to noon.Overall i give it 9/10I really recommend for a couple or a small family

Only issue is you can hear the noise from outside/the clubs - slightly muffled but still loud. Otherwise a great place to stay which is close to the really good clubs and a great place for breakfast/brunch.

Paid a deposit for a stay in April 2020 which was obviously cancelled. A few months later I received an auto response to an email I'd sent saying the company had ceased trading. I did however receive a response assuring me that a refund would be processed. This has not happened and now my emails are being ignored. No answer on the phone. Disgraceful and untrustworthy people. Whilst I sympathize with the landlords, keeping people's hard earned money when they need it more than ever is simply not fair. I wish you the unsuccessful future you deserve for testing people like this.

Stay here! This is one of the greatest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect for us to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. We had a nicely furnished studio that suited friends perfectly. Locating the flat and the codes to get in was easy peasy.

Apartment is great but first of all could not find no parking what so ever even thou it says theres parking there. Took us a hour and a half to find the actual place. Once we got in everything was fine but there was a lot of noises coming from out side the location is terrible and could not sleep. Came all the way from Bradford set of at 5pm and by time I found parking n got in there was almost 9pm. If you r looking to stay in a nice quiet area I would not recommend this.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay with a group of friends or family. Very well equipped, stylish apartment with really comfortable beds and sofas! Perfect location for exploring the city. The only downside was the nearby bars sorting out their empty bottles early in the morning, but that can't be helped! Very good value for money. Highly recommended!
