Terrible experience at Odeon Andover..We took the children to watch the new trolls film. The showing was on screen five and it has to be the worst cinema experience we have ever had.To start with the whole room stunk of cigarette smoke(our clothes still reek two hours later), the floor was dirty with old popcorn littered down the isles and to top it off for a children’s film our children (aged 4 &6) could hardly see over the seats in front. Even after popping them on a booster seat, they couldn’t see.I went up to ask if we could be moved and was able to sit at the front. I complained about the smoke, to which the staff at the counter laughed and said it was people smoking out side.A few minutes later a staff member came down to screen five and sprayed an unbelievable strong air fresher(which was horrible). This only lasted a few minutes before the smell of cigarette smoke came back.Terrible experience at Andover Odeon, if I could leave zero stars I would!

Visited with my family on a Friday night. We chose a later time of 8.15pm due to availability. Quiet with no ques. £44 for back row seats for four of us. The screen room was clean but extremely warm. It could have been done with being a few degrees cooler. On the way out there was not one staff member in sight. It was like we were they past opening hours. Anyway, standard visit, watched filmed and left. We brought four drinks there at over £16. Very expensive. Took out own popcorn.

This is the worst cinema I have been to. Screen five was extremely dirty and smelly. The seats are incredibly horrendous I had to literally sit at the edge of my seat due to the yuckiness. Will not be coming here again. Waste of money and unacceptable levels of dirt

We were severely disappointed with this cinema. It did not meet our expectations from Odeon. Its odd entrance opened up to a very tired and badly maintained cinema which was dirty and unloved. We felt cheated out of a positive family experience which was overtaken by thoughts of cleanliness or lack of!We will not be back.

Ok cinema but screen 5 is awful. Really small, people's heads obstruct your view of the screen, the sound is sub standard and the seats are uncomfortable. When i visited it was also filthy. I would have got a better experience watching at home on my tv. I'm amazed they get away with using it.The other screens are good though so just avoid 5. Parking outside is free and looks pretty secure.

Very dirty and smelly floor can see the dust on top of the speakers from the top seat being their for the last few months. Need deep cleaning and the stairs up to the cinema gipping as well. Very poor management warm air not going their ever again.

Screen 5 is a Joke. It’s tiny, it’s all on one level so you see people’s heads instead of the small screen. The toilets are up many flights of stairs and at the far end of the building. Poor sound and seats. Cheers kids crying now. (Edited) added a star for the manager with pink hair, who is lovely.

Good location (near town centre). Good selection of films. Somewhat uncomfortable basic seats (not recline either). Hair in popcorn. Staff not wearing face masks, no social distancing and worse of all: We spotted a sign on the door to screen 3 after our film stating the air circulation system is broken - not a good thing during rising covid cases (spread by particles in air) and being in close proximity to others for 3 hours!

Haven't been there for some years but was pleasantly surprised. Masses of parking, friendly helpful employees, comfortable seating which was steeply layered so no obstruction of the screen (3). Toilets very clean. Didn't buy snax or drinks because I'd already eaten - and bought the tickets on a 2-4-1 Meercat Movies deal - so great value for money on those. Will definitely be going back.

Screen 5 on the ground floor is an awful experience. The screen is small, sound quality is bad and all the seats are the same level so you have obstructions in your way over what is a small screen anyway. Was looking forward to seeing the new Indiana Jones film but being down in that awful room just spoilt it for me. Given what is charged for tickets I don’t class that as a good cinema experience. That screen should not even exist and definitely new premiered films should not be shown in there. It’s a shame as someone that lives in Andover that you have to drive to another town to get a good experienceIf you book a ticket and it states it is Screen 5, don’t book it and don’t go
