Absolutely rubbish service I’ve been using hartshorne from last 5 years I’ve made several complaints already no action been taken. Prices are gone up but service absolutely rubbish. I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this depot . I am also moving my trucks from here very soon already moved some just because of this issue. Technicians are rude don’t like to do the job and manager also don’t take any actions on complaints. Good luck for those who would join this depot in future .

Unhelpful, rude .gearbox problem. So called fix and want me out way soon as. Broken down again with same problem. Phoned them and was told not there problem anymore

Best swedish Bedford stockists by far always fair and help get us back on the road if needed . Mot lanes ran well and the lady who runs it Karen is first class always helpfull and sorts booking issues promptly .
