Excellent service from before I ordered offering advice on which product, how to measure etc to receiving my actual order. Mick kept me up to date and rang a couple of times to make sure all measurements were correct. The Oak Fire surround was even better than I expected, I would totally recommend this company professional throughout the whole process.

Mick, Peter and all the staff did a great job, right down to the delivery driver who helped me into the house with the fireplace.They built the fireplace from my drawing and had it all done and dusted within a fortnight. Their prices are very reasonable and delivery was included, all the way to Peterhead in Aberdeenshire. In this day and age where most people are just interested in their pay packet at the end of the month, this was a refreshing change, to see people who take a pride in their work. They all deserve their excellent reviews on trust pilot.Our local fireplace companies need to look no further to see how it should be done!

Fantastic service and beautiful product. Designer Fireplaces were brilliant when we wanted a new fire surround made at quite short notice. They sent out samples of marble free of charge to help us decide on the colour and then used our bespoke measurements to make a fire surround that fitted our chimney breast and fireplace perfectly. This was delivered quickly, in perfect condition and with great communication about delivery times. We are thrilled with our beautiful fire surround and have had numerous compliments on it. Highly recommended.
